Missouri Rugby Football Union

The Crusaders are a nationally recognized team and are registered with the Missouri Rugby Football Union (MRFU) as a Division III team. We compete against 7 other MRFU Division III teams in matches throughout the season:

International Gay Rugby Association and Board

The St. Louis Crusaders are not nationally recognized but also internationally. We are an officially recognized team registered with the International Gay Rugby Association and Board (IGRAB). IGRAB brings together gay, bisexual and straight allied ruggers from all over the world to compete and share in the sport of rugby. IGRAB also holds a biennial international tournament for all IGRAB teams called the Bingham Cup, and serves as the world championships for gay rugby teams across the globe. It is the largest international rugby competition in the world, second only to the IRB Rugby World CUP.

Manchester 2012

In the summer of 2012, the next Bingham Cup will be held in Manchester, England where the Crusaders will be hitting the pitch at the international championship for the first time.

IGRAB Rugby Teams

Currently there are over 40 registered rugby teams recognized by IGRAB and that number is growing. While we compete on the pitch, IGRAB teams demonstrate a tremendous amount of support for one another and work together to forge strong a national and international community for gay, bisexual and straight allied athletes.
