Practice tonight (Monday February 13 2012) is cancelled due to inclement weather. Please work out on your own, and stay safe!

Just a reminder: We are back to our regular Monday and Wednesday practices as of February 6, 2012. Practice starts at 6 o’clock behind the tennis center in Forest Park, and it runs until around 8 o’clock. Please be on time so we can make the most of the light on the pitch.

We’ll practice rain or shine, even if it’s cold, and even if the pitch is muddy, so be sure to dress appropriately.

After a long and rugby-less winter, we’re happy to announce that our regular practices are back! Starting February 6, we’ll be meeting from 6 to 8:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, behind the tennis center in Forest Park (see the map below).

If you’ve always been curious about rugby, then this will be a great time to learn. Come dressed to run (yes, outside in February) — cleats are optional, but bring them if you have them — and we’ll start teaching you our favorite game.
